Custom designed jewelry from the collections of D.H. Johnson and Kim Maitland of Creative Metalsmiths. We have specialized in one-of-a-kind designs since 1978 when we began Creative Metalsmiths as one of the only all-metals galleries in the southeast. We have won numerous awards for our metalwork and jewelry designs since that time.

In 1995, Diamonds Direct was founded on a strategy that included setting the standard of quality, excellence, value, selection and education within the industry. As a direct diamond importer from our Israeli based cutting facility, we offer one of the largest selections of GIA and EGL certified diamonds in the southeast. Our selection of loose diamonds are complimented by an extensive collection of designer engagement ring settings, wedding bands, diamond fashion jewelry, as well as beautiful sapphire, ruby, emerald, and pearl jewelry.

Specializing in original jewelry designs, in gold, platinum, silver and mokume-gane, (an ancient Japanese metal-layering technique, meaning “wood grain metal”), the jewelry embodies the traditional art of fine jewelry making. The jewelry made at Goldworks, is individually designed and hand fabricated, resulting in variation of design, and the growth of creative ideas. Each of the designers brings their own style and jewelry techniques, from traditional to artistic, from antique to contemporary styles.

Holland's Jewelers was established in 1960 by Charlie and Ann Holland and is located in downtown Apex. They opened their doors with a modest stock. Charlie, a certified watchmaker, also learned the crafts of jewelry repair, stone setting, and diamond grading. After nine years they outgrew their space and moved a block to their current location - 301 South Salem Street.

Our goal is to combine world class jewelry design with hometown approachability. We are renowned for our custom jewelry work and we also provide a fun and unique shopping experience. We offer an award winning jewelry repair service and we are known for tackling especially difficult jobs. Our gemologist has attained the highest level of certification, CGA (Certified Gemologist Appraiser) in order to provide expert jewelry appraisals.
