In 1979 I took several cake decorating classes and then began making cakes for friends. That was the beginning of a very long love affair. I sincerely love designing cakes for all occasions. Wedding cakes are my first love, but I also enjoy doing all sorts of cakes. I think one reason that I love doing wedding cakes is because my customers are so in love and excited about their special day. A few years ago my daughter, Tracy, started helping me with the cakes. I taught her everything she knows (ha! ha!). Seriously, we both LOVE designing cakes for our customers. We have a secret icing recipe that is truly wonderful!!

We are not a traditional bakery. We do not "premake" cakes and wait for someone to buy them. All of our cakes are custom orders, baked fresh, and created to your exact specifications. We offer a wide variety of flavors and fillings to choose from and have a "secret recipe" for our icing that is spectacular. We offer tastings, by appointment, so that you can see for yourself that our cakes not only look great, but taste great too.
