A Small Wedding

The definition of a small wedding can vary greatly from person to person - from just a handful of guests, to a dozen, to 100. Regardless, having a small wedding gives you some advantages over big weddings. This is becoming more common, in a world where face to face interaction has become second to constant streams of updates by sites such as Facebook. Everyone can that way easily get photos of the ceremony and not feel like they missed the whole thing and you can be surrounded by those who are closer to you.

Of course, this also means you can save money. Or, if you'd rather, don't save the money, but spend it on luxuries you wouldn't otherwise be able to afford. An open bar becomes much more affordable, you don't need as large of a space which gives you lots more options, and that means less to decorate as well. Not to mention catering and rentals, etc.,. The one last great thing is that fewer guests means the guests are more involved with the wedding. When you have a large crowd of guests, there will be many who are there idle for a while before they leave. It's hard to accommodate everyone, but a smaller wedding brings everyone closer to the core of it.
